PRIVATE PARKING STANDARDS AND PRACTICES

The Private Parking Scrutiny and Advice Panel (PPSAP) will be seeking your views from 10th March, inviting individuals and organisations to share their experiences and insights on key aspects of private parking operations. This invitation seeks feedback in the following areas:

 

• Private Parking Areas: Signage and payment processes

• Communication with parking operators

• Appeals, including appeals charter 

• Debt resolution and enforcement practices

We welcome detailed responses and supporting documents. You may submit your response via text entry or upload a PDF, image, or Word document. 

All responses must be submitted by 28th April 2025.
